Guide to finding Intel 10 in Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City. Learn how to disable turrets, defeat enemies, and collect intel in the Facility Lab.

Brief intro.

1. Location: Facility Lab. After a cutscene, a turret will fire at a zombie as your team enters the lab.
2. Objective: Destroy or disable the two turrets on the back right of the room. Disabling is easier.
3. Enemies: Umbrella soldiers will emerge from the left side of the room. Zombies may attack from behind.
4. Strategy: Dash forward, then take cover behind crates on the right. Eliminate the Umbrella soldiers. Stay on the left side of the room to avoid turret fire.
5. Intel Location: After defeating all soldiers, find the fenced corridor on the left and follow it to the control room upstairs. A soldier guards the controls.
6. Control Room: A laptop is on the left controls. Collect items, then use the right controls to deactivate the turrets.
7. Intel 10: On a shelf along the left side of the room.
8. Caution: Ensure turrets are deactivated before exiting to the outside walkway to collect intel, or your character will be hit.
9. Next Area: After deactivating turrets, return to the control room, go down the stairs, and enter the next area.
