Recommended Strategy:

The Green Nargacuga is similar to the Barioth but is a greater threat at range due to its Needle Shot. Its tail slam is dangerous when attacking its head. Move more than when fighting a Barioth and try to keep the Green Nargacuga at arm's reach, as its tail can appear quickly if you charge directly at it. Take advantage of its downtime between attacks, especially if its tail gets stuck in the ground from a tail slam, to get close and hit it, preferably under its belly. Use Flash Bombs to stun it regularly. The Green Nargacuga's tail is its biggest danger due to its stunning capability, so it's important to either keep it far away or stay under its belly and away from its tail.
