Guide to defeating Xemnas in Kingdom Hearts HD I.5 + II.5 ReMIX. Learn Xemnas's attacks, phases, and strategies for Armored Xemnas, Dragon Form, and Final Form.

Stats / Weaknesses:

• Xemnas — HP: 1500, Strength: 45, Defense: 26, Experience: 0

Phases:

1. Xemnas (Initial): Dodge buildings and use the "Slicer" Reaction Command. Use "Sky Scraper" to reach platforms. Defeat Bomb Bell B Nobodies to destroy the power generator. Use "Stunt Dodge" to reach the other generator and repeat. Then, attack the core, defeating spawning Nobodies to "Proceed".
2. Armored Xemnas: Xemnas wears Keyblade Armor. He uses attacks from fallen Organization XIII members. Riku's Limit Break is effective. Mickey may revive Sora. Keep pressure and heal as needed.
3. Dragon Form: Sora and Riku are on a ship chasing Xemnas. You cannot heal. Use Circle to absorb attacks and Triangle to blast parts of the Dragon. Dodge all attacks. A full-powered blast usually defeats one part. Repeat until all parts are defeated.
4. Armored Xemnas (Second Encounter): After the Dragon is defeated, Xemnas returns to his Keyblade Armor. Donald and Goofy are not present. Glide back to Xemnas and use Final Form if needed. Use "Riding Shot" and "Meteor Rain" to damage Xemnas. Avoid the lasers fired by Nobody symbols. As Xemnas's HP lowers, lasers fire more frequently and during grapples.
5. Final Form Xemnas: This is the final phase. Sora is tossed into the air.

Strategy:

• During the initial phase, don't miss the "Finish" Reaction Command to avoid damage.
• Avoid using Magic in the first encounter with Xemnas.
• Parry Xemnas's quick slashes with Guard and counter-attack.
• When facing Xemnas's Dragon Form, focus on dodging and using the absorb/blast mechanics effectively as healing is not possible.
• For the second Armored Xemnas phase, utilize Glide to return to Xemnas and consider using Final Form.
• Be prepared for increased laser attacks from the Nobody symbols in the final Armored Xemnas phase.
