    Upon arriving, a scene with Iago occurs, followed by a Heartless attack.

    Defeat the Shadows and Luna Bandits. The Luna Bandit has a knockdown effect.

    Climb back up and locate three chests containing a [MYTHRIL STONE] (5/24), a [MYTHRIL SHARD] (2/24), and a [DARK SHARD] (1/24).

    Jump down from the center to the north, where Iago is flying. Climb atop the stand to get [TWO SIDES #5].

    Northeast of this area is an alcove with a [SERENITY SHARD] (7/24). Opposite it, you'll find an [AP BOOST] (4/24).

    Exit north to reach the Palace. After a short scene, return to the Peddler's Shop. You will encounter another new Heartless on the way.

Enemies:

  • Luna Bandit: HP 54, Experience 61. Drops Power Stone (8%), Bright Stone (4%). Attacks include Multi-Slash, Dash Slash, Aerial Spin Slash (a leap that knocks Sora back), and Ring Rush (spinning on its sword). Reflect is effective against Multi-Slash and Dash Slash. Leap over Ring Rush.
  • Silver Rock: HP 27, Experience 31. Drops Power Stone (6%), Bright Stone (3%). Similar to Red Nocturnes and Blue Rhapsodys. Attacks include Rocket Wave (nose-dive), Shock Wave (quick charge burst), Teleport Attack, and Explosion (turning into a ball of light). The Reaction Command "Shift Shot" is effective for defeating them and avoiding damage.
