Embark on a quest through Fantasy Life's Great Forest and Elderwood. Follow King Erik's letter, meet new allies like Laura and Leilah, and battle Shadow Wolves.

Alright, friend! Looks like King Erik has sent you another letter, and surprise surprise, he wants you to come to the Royal Court. You know how he is – never spells anything out! He's found something 'incredible,' and you'll need to head over to Castele Castle to find out what it is.

Before you jet off, remember you've got three Goddess's Treasures already, but there's still one more out there. Plus, there's a Doom Stone that's apparently crash-landed in the Elderwood. So, after your royal audience, you'll need to head out there. Keep an eye out on your way, because you'll receive Ophelia’s Letter. Make sure to deliver that to the Elderwood representative!

Once you exit the castle, your pal Laura will join you. Your next big destination is the Elderwood. If you haven't been before, it's way out to the north-east of the East Grassy Plains. For a shortcut, just zip over to Falcon’s Garage in South Castele and use the instant travel. Easy peasy.

When you finally arrive in the Elderwood, just follow the path heading east. You’ll run into Butch, Pierre, and Chomp along the way. Don't worry too much about Pierre acting a bit strange; just keep heading in a north-westerly direction. You'll eventually run into Hughes and his crew near a stone artifact. They'll try to warn you off, but you know how this goes – just keep heading north across the first wooden bridge.

You're getting closer! Cross the second wooden bridge to enter the Deep Elderwood. You'll hear a scream, so hurry north-west to see who's in trouble. It turns out a girl is being attacked by two Shadow Wolves. No worries, you and Laura have this! Even though there's no Doom Stone in sight, you'll need to take down those wolves.

After the fight, a girl named Leilah will join you. She'll guide you north towards the hidden Elderwood Village. Don't worry, it's safe for now. You'll need to go through the Elderwood Grotto to get there, and the entrance to the village is just beyond. It looks blocked at first, but Leilah will open it up for you – how nice is that?

Now, here's the catch: Pino, Leilah's brother, isn't too keen on outsiders. It's their village, their rules, right? After you've had a look around, head to the west side of the village and find Pino in his house. He'll be ready to let you know you can leave.
