    Vault 13: Strip bones on your right. Do not kill any rats.

You can also swindle Killian by trading four stimpacks for four of his, repeating this to increase your money until he runs out. Return to the Crash House and rest for one day. Upon waking, save Sinthia from a Raider. In the Casino Area, go to the Skum Pitt via the back entrance and steal Neal's urn. Exit the Skum Pitt, rest until evening, and re-enter the bar. Ask Tycho to join you, then steal all his equipment and dismiss him. Speak with Ismarc to learn the locations of the Boneyards, the Brotherhood, and The Hub. Talk to Neal. After your conversation with Neal, one of the Skulz will attack the barmaid; Neal will kill him. Following Neal's action, speak with Trish and ask about Saul. Leave the Skum Pitt and go to the boxing area. Speak with the man in leather armor and repeatedly ask about Junktown until you can discuss Trish, earning experience for improving their relationship. Return to the Crash House area and rest until morning. Enter the Crash House through the back entrance. Speak with the Skulz in the leather jacket, express your desire to join, claim you can prove your toughness, and mention stealing Neal's urn. Decline the offer to kill Neal. Enter Killian's store, access his private quarters, and lockpick his safe, raiding it completely. Go to Lars, inform him of the Skulz's intentions, and refuse his offer to eliminate them. Barter for his radio and cheat him, similar to how you dealt with Killian.

Purchase two RadX's and two RadAway's from him. Go to the Thieves' Guild, pick all locks, speak with Loxley, and accept the quest to find Hightower's necklace. Travel to the south end of Old Town and talk to Slappy. Slappy will send you to Harold; give Harold $5 and ask about the Deathclaw. Return to Slappy and ask him to transport you to the Deathclaw cavern. Upon arrival, leave immediately. Visit the Crimson Caravan again and take everything from Demetre's desk. If you are male, engage in intimacy with Keri. Depart The Hub and travel to the Brotherhood.

    Brotherhood: Accept the Glow quest from Cabbot.

    Glow: Consume RadX pills just before entering. Use the rope on the metal ladder and descend into the crater. Head south, turn right, then proceed north to find the corpse containing the holodisc. Read the holodisc. Optionally, raid Levels 1-6 (excluding Level 5) and do not repair the power generator. Avoid attacking the robots.

    Brotherhood: Deliver the tape to Cabbot. Request weapons and ammo from Taalus and observe the training on Level 1. On Level 3, visit Vree, ask for her mutant autopsies report, and complete the computer course. Read the report. Speak with Sophia, inquire about Brotherhood history, and read the holodisc she provides. On Level 4, approach Maxson, offer to scout the northwest for free, and request weapons. Be sure to ask him about the Brotherhood and read his holodisc. Repair the Power Armor on Level 3. Obtain the systolic motivator from Michael. Go to Level 2, enter your room (the topmost room), and store all holodiscs and unnecessary items in a locker, keeping Vree's disc. Depart the Brotherhood for Necropolis.

    Necropolis (optional): Do not kill anyone. Navigate the sewers and offer to fix the water pump for the underground ghoul leader. Avoid killing rats and gather the necessary parts. Once parts are acquired, deceive Harry and repair the water pump. Free the ghoul prisoner. Optionally, retrieve the water chip and return it to the Vault. (With Power Armor or Brotherhood Armor, rats should inflict minimal or no damage.)
