Creating your Character: You begin with a blinding white light, followed by your birth. You'll choose your sex, name your character, and see a Gene Projection to preview your appearance in 20 years. You can adjust your Race, Face, and Hair at this stage, noting your resemblance to your father. Dr. Madison Li then escorts you out as your father shouts for compressions.

Baby Steps: This quest serves as a tutorial for movement and interaction. Follow the instructions, escape your stall, and select your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. attributes (which can be changed later in the 'Escape!' quest). Following your father out of the room concludes this quest.

Growing Up Fast: At your 10th birthday party, your father and the Overseer give you your Pip-Boy 3000. Amata Almodovar gives you 'Grognak the Barbarian'.
