You'll drop that mech off on the next turn to start capturing properties. For all your other units, start moving them southward over the course of the first two days.

    Day 2: Naval Supremacy & Coastal Defense
    On Day 2, use your lander to reveal Sturm's submarine. Then, use your own sub to destroy it. Taking out this sub is crucial because it opens the way to clearing out all of Sturm's other naval units. You'll find a sub and a battleship to the east, plus any landers Sturm builds. Keep an eye on your own sub: by Day 5, you'll need to either capture a port or build an APC to keep it fueled, or it'll explode! If you're struggling with air units over the sea, consider building a cruiser. Another sub can also be helpful for extra vision and faster sea unit elimination.

    Mid-Map Control & Ground Assault
    In the center of this massive map, you'll find two neutral bases. Focus most of your forces on the southern one. Remember to utilize forest tiles for cover and to keep your units hidden. As you push eastward along the road, always have 1-2 anti-aircraft units following to take out any stray air units. Your main ground force should be tanks. Thanks to Max's direct unit advantage, these tanks will have great vision and can one-hit KO most of Sturm's units.

  • Keep your units on forest and reef tiles whenever possible to stay hidden from Sturm's initial sight.
