The Dock Ward — Schedule I Walkthrough

Starting the Game: After a cutscene and character customization, you'll spawn near the bus station. Open your phone (Tab key) to find a message from "Unknown" leading you to a payphone. "U.N." (Uncle Nelson) will instruct you to collect his stash near the skatepark, containing $375.

Renting a Motel Room: Speak to the motel manager, Donna. The quest updates to "Rent a motel room." After dialogue, you can pickpocket Donna to steal back the $75 needed for the room. Enter Room 1 (even just stepping inside counts) to complete the objective. Return to the payphone to speak with Uncle Nelson again.

Buying Equipment: A new questline, "Gearing Up," begins. Head to the hardware store (marked by a yellow star on the map, or by following the road from your room). Deposit your cash at the ATM. Purchase a grow tent, soil bag, and watering can. It's recommended to also buy "Plant Trimmers," a "Packaging Station," and 10 "Baggies." Optional purchases include a trash grabber and a "Trash bag." If you tell Dan you're a drug dealer, he may gift you "Speed Grow." Return to your motel room, place the grow tent, and fill the pot with soil. Speak to Uncle Nelson again.

Planting your First Seeds: Uncle Nelson introduces Albert Hoover. Check your phone for a message from Albert. To order seeds, select "I need to order a [dead drop]". Purchase "OG Kush" seeds. Albert will deliver them to a highlighted [dead drop] location. Pay off your tab at the [dead drop] behind the hardware store. Sow the seed in the grow tent by pressing 'E' when prompted. Water the plant using the watering can (fill it at the sink first). Sleeping after watering helps plants grow faster and conserves water.

Packaging: Once the plant is harvested using the "Plant Trimmers," place down the "Packaging Station." Interact with it to package the buds into baggies. You can also unpack items if needed. Jars can be purchased at the hardware store for storage.
