How to Beat Nexus Overseer

Defeat the Nexus Overseer in Schedule I. Exploit its shock damage weakness and stun vulnerability, evading Energy Blasts and prioritizing Automated Drones.

Location: Nexus Core, end of Chapter 2.
Weakness: Shock Damage, Vulnerable to Stun.
The Nexus Overseer is your first major boss, a large automated construct.

Phase 1 (100%-50% Health):

The Overseer primarily uses ranged 'Energy Blasts' and summons 'Automated Drones'.

• Energy Blast: A slow, telegraphed projectile. Dodge to the side.
• Drone Summon: Summons 2-3 small drones. Prioritize destroying these immediately, as they can quickly overwhelm you with their rapid-fire lasers.
• Melee Slam: If you get too close, it will perform a slow ground slam. Dodge backward.

Focus on dodging its blasts and clearing drones. Get in close for melee attacks when safe, or use ranged abilities.

Phase 2 (50%-0% Health):

The Overseer activates a 'Shield Barrier' and begins a powerful 'Area-of-Effect (AoE) Pulse'.

• Shield Barrier: Makes the Overseer immune to direct damage.
• AoE Pulse: Charges up and releases a large energy pulse that deals heavy damage. Continuously move to avoid being caught in its radius.
• Energy Pylons: Four pylons activate in the corners of the arena. You must destroy all four to disable the Overseer's shield. They have low health but are protected by small energy fields.

Once the shield is down, unleash your strongest attacks. Repeat the process until defeated.

Rewards:

'Overseer's Core' (Legendary Crafting Material), 'Nexus Overseer's Blueprint' (Legendary Weapon/Armor), significant 'Credits' and 'Experience'.
