[9-31] E4M6: The Pain Maze

In the room where you drop down from the start, look behind the blue columns to find a star push plate. Activating this reveals a room and an elevator directly in front of you.

After leaving the altar room, jump into the small pool just outside the "church" area. As you travel down the underwater passageway, keep an eye on the ceiling. You will find a narrow strip where you can ascend to take a break and collect a biosuit and other items.

In the room containing a portal at the top, wooden beams in the center, and a moat surrounding it, there is red armor located on a ledge near the top. Pushing the correct star plate in one of the hallways leading to this room will activate an elevator that takes you up to the portal. The portal transports you to the highest wooden beam in this room, allowing you to jump to reach the armor, which is considered a secret.

Within the same room as secret #3, underneath the main elevator (which is activated by the gold key), lies a secret room. To access it, shoot the greenish-colored wall located beneath the water.
