Fix Quake Champions BW_OpenSocket failed: 5 error by increasing FILES= in DOS config.sys when DOS runs out of file handles.

This error is specific to the Beame and Whitesdie TCP/IP stack (a network protocol implementation). This stack uses DOS file handles as its socket handles. The error occurs when DOS runs out of available file handles.
