Exploiting Elemental Weaknesses

Conquer MetaMorph encounters by exploiting elemental weaknesses. Learn which forms, like Phoenix Form, best defeat Ice-aled enemies and Fire-aled foes.

Many enemies and bosses in MetaMorph have elemental weaknesses. Exploiting these weaknesses can significantly reduce the difficulty of encounters and speed up combat.

Common Elemental Weaknesses:

• Fire: Effective against Ice-aligned enemies (e.g., Frost Sprites, Ice Golems) and some plant-based creatures. Use Phoenix Form or Fire Bombs.
• Ice: Effective against Fire-aligned enemies (e.g., Blazing Imps, Volcanic Beasts) and some heavily armored foes. (Requires an unlocked Ice Prime Form or Ice Bombs).
• Lightning: Effective against Water-aligned enemies (e.g., Deepwater Lurkers, Mirelings) and constructs. Use Electric Eel Form or Storm Bombs.
• Arcane: Generally effective against corrupted creatures and some spectral enemies. Use Owl Form.
• Physical: Effective against most unarmored enemies. Bear and Lynx Forms excel here.

Pay attention to enemy visual effects or lore descriptions for clues about their elemental alment. If an enemy is glowing blue, it's likely ice-aligned and vulnerable to fire. Always carry several elemental bombs to cover your bases, especially before boss fights. A well-timed elemental attack can stagger or even stun a boss, creating crucial damage windows.
