- 1The Village: Start by finding the missing filmmaker Titorelli. Head to the bar, gather information from a shady bug (earning the 'What is 'Kafkaesque'?' achievement), and then locate Titorelli.
- 2Getting the squatters out: Titorelli needs the projector cleared. You have two options:
- Route 1: Titorelli's assistant: Free his jailed assistant by sitting on the stamp machine. The assistant will point you to the Accountant at the Town Hall.
- 3Route 2: Going alone: Enter the projector, find Dylan, and then talk to the Mayor at the Town Hall.
- 4Getting the workforce: After clearing the projector, Titorelli needs a workforce. You have two options:
- Route 1: Priest: Go to the marketplace, talk to the preacher, promote his faith by talking to everyone in the marketplace (earning the 'Holier than Thou' achievement), and he will help.
- 5Route 2: Leni: Find Leni under a mushroom. She'll direct you to the Hungry Artist behind the marketplace. Bring down his apple by using pillars to jump onto it, and he will reveal someone who can gather the workforce.
- 6The Tower: This section of the guide will cover finding the bug in charge, reaching the Verdict Box, and making the final decision regarding Josef's fate, with options to either destroy or seal the Tower.
