- 1The Village: Upon arrival, the mayor tasks you with finding Titorelli, a contact for 'Tower'. He's either at a bar or the projector.
- 2Finding Titorelli: Go to the bar. After gathering information from drunkards (earning the 'What is 'Kafkaesque'?' achievement), you'll learn Titorelli's location. He's in the projector, which is occupied by squatters.
- 3Getting the squatters out: You have two routes:
- Route 1: Titorelli's assistant: Find his assistant in jail, free him by sitting on the stamp machine, and he'll direct you to the Accountant at the Town Hall.
- 4Route 2: Going alone: Enter the projector, find Dylan above a film reel case, and then speak to the Mayor at the Town Hall.
- 5Getting the workforce: Titorelli needs a workforce for the projector. Two routes are available:
- Route 1: Priest: Go to the marketplace, talk to the preacher, promote his faith by talking to everyone, and return to him for help (earning the 'Holier than Thou' achievement).
- 6Route 2: Leni: Find Leni under a mushroom. She'll send you to the Hungry Artist behind the marketplace. Get his apple down by using pillars to jump on it, and he'll name someone who can gather the workforce.
- 7The Tower: This section covers finding the bug in charge, reaching the Verdict Box, and making the final decision.
- 8The final decision: Choose between destroying Tower or sealing Josef's fate.
