Optional Rooms

Explore Luigi's Mansion's optional rooms like the Hidden Room 1F, Washroom 2F, and Sealed Room 2F to find treasure and ghosts.

Hidden Room 1F

1. Check the Butler's Room with your Game Boy Horror (a handheld device that displays maps and information) for a mouse hole.
2. Go to the mouse hole.
3. Open the treasure chests.
4. Defeat the ghosts.

Washroom 2F

1. Locate the Washroom next to the Bathroom.
2. Get water from the container above the toilet.
3. Shake the toilet.
4. Defeat the ghost(s).
5. Get money.

Sealed Room 2F

1. Drop down the chimney on the roof that does not have a treasure chest.
2. Open treasure chests.
3. Defeat ghosts.
4. Grab the key to the Sitting Room.
5. Vacuum the sheet off the mirror.
6. Search the mirror with your Game Boy Horror when you want to go back.

Sitting Room 2F

1. Get Fire from the candle.
2. Light the candles on the wall.
3. Defeat the ghosts.
4. Go to the next room.

Guest Room 2F

1. Spray water three times on the Portrait Ghost.
2. Vacuum her.
3. Get money from the chest.

Ceramics Studio 3F

1. Locate the studio north of the Armory.
2. Get Ice from the frozen jar.
3. Check the other jars.
4. Play the Portrait Ghost's game and freeze him.
5. Vacuum him.
6. Get Money.
