Alright, so you've made it to the Dining Room on the first floor! This place is pretty neat, and it's got a few secrets tucked away. You'll find a Money Ghost here, and if you're lucky, a Golden Mouse will pop out too. The main event, though, is a Portrait Ghost named Mr. Luggs, but don't worry, he's optional. You don't *have* to deal with him to progress, but hey, more ghosts caught means more bragging rights, right?

First things first, let's talk about loot. Right under the chair closest to where you entered, there's a piece of cheese. Give that a good sniff with your Game Boy Horror, and BAM! A Golden Mouse will appear. It's a bit of a speedy little guy, so be ready to vacuum it up quick for some serious cash. Now, for the Money Ghost, head to the left-most cupboard. Open it up, and you'll find him chilling. Give him a good vacuuming! The right-most cupboard? It sometimes has money in it, so it's worth checking out every now and then.

Now, onto the main course: Mr. Luggs, the hungry Portrait Ghost. Before you even think about him, I highly recommend vacuuming off the tablecloth. Trust me, it'll make things way less chaotic later. Once that's done, you'll need to grab a Fire Ghost from one of the fire pedestals scattered around. Take that fiery friend and use it to light the candles on the dining table. This is what'll make Mr. Luggs show up, and he'll bring his big ol' caramel custard with him!

Here's the tricky part: you need to vacuum up all that custard. As you do, two little blue Waiter Ghosts will show up, one from the left and one from the right, to help Mr. Luggs out. These guys are super quick and disappear easily, so try to stun them right next to you before they vanish. Once you've vacuumed them both up, go back to vacuuming the rest of Mr. Luggs' food. When it's all gone, he'll get super ticked off and start shooting fireballs at you. They're pretty slow and easy to dodge, so just keep moving until he tires himself out. Then, it's your chance to vacuum him up! He can be a bit tough to catch, but stay focused, and you'll get him.

Once you've managed to light up the whole room by catching Mr. Luggs, you'll find a chest full of money. And that Boo you heard about? He's not in the chest, but he's around here somewhere after the room is lit!
