Bathroom 1F: Engage in ghost battles.

Bal Room 1F: Battle ghosts. Face the Portrait Ghost by turning your back to it on the rotating platform, waiting for its heart to be shown, and then vacuuming it.

Storage Room 1F: Battle ghosts. Press the switch on the wall opposite the mirror, then vacuum the poster off the wall and press that switch.

After the Storage Room, defeat five Boos in rooms you have already lit.

Washroom 1F: Located south of the Bathroom. Shake the toilet to find a key.

Fortune-Teller's Room 1F: No items or battles.

Mirror Room 1F: Battle ghosts. Obtain fire from the fire pedestal and use it to light the candle sticks.

Fortune-Teller's Room 1F: Light four candle sticks using fire to obtain a key.

Laundry Room 1F: Battle ghosts. Shake the laundry machine to find Mario's hat.

Butler's Room 1F: Light the moving candle stick in the 1F corridor. Go to the Butler's Room, located south of the Laundry Room. Wait for the Butler (a Portrait Ghost) to appear. When he is sitting on the chair, defeat him.

Conservatory 1F: Play all the instruments. Answer the Portrait Ghost's question correctly, then battle her music sheets by vacuuming them.

Dining Room 1F (Optional): You can go through the room to the other side. Alternatively, light the candles on the table, vacuum the Waiter Ghosts, vacuum the caramel custard until it disappears, avoid fireballs from the Portrait Ghost, and when he rests, vacuum him.

Kitchen 1F: Open the refrigerator with your vacuum cleaner. Defeat all ghosts. Grab the Water Elemental Medal. Vacuum Water Ghosts from the sink and extinguish the fire above the door.

Bone Yard 1F: Shine your light at the dog until it wakes up. Avoid its attacks until another ghost appears. Vacuum the ghost that shows up, then vacuum the dog. Zoom your Game Boy Horror (your radar (your minimap with nearby blips and threats marked)) at the dog's house and search the area. Go into the dog's house.

Grave Yard 1F: Tap the tombs in the middle and defeat the ghosts. Go to the big tomb.
