Study 2F
Head over to the bookshelf. You'll want to aim your Poltergust downwards, right next to the chair that's on the floor. You should see some cheese there. Give it a good search, and a mouse will pop out and scurry onto the floor. Grab it!

Fortune-Teller's Room 1F
This one's pretty straightforward. The cheese is chilling behind the Fortune-Teller's chair. Just aim your Poltergust down as soon as you enter the room, search the cheese, and nab the mouse.

Dining Room 1F
Quick heads-up: ignore that big portrait ghost for now! Find the chair closest to the entrance. There's a piece of cheese hidden underneath it. Stand near the cupboard, aim, and search the cheese. A mouse will pop out – catch that little guy!

Tea Room 2F
This room's a bit of a multi-tasker. You'll have ghosts to deal with *and* a cheese mouse, plus another random one.
