Start by climbing down from the pillar and heading west to sneak down the stairs.

Grab the Power Cord off the counter near the stairs and return to stop under them.

Wait for the lights to turn on; two of the three nearby Cops will leave.

Sneak south behind the remaining Cop, who will lean against a counter, and go under another set of stairs.

Use a small set of stairs to sneak up to the upper level. Turn left and go through the doorway.

Go to the gap in the railing and drop down into the Reading Area.

Crouch near the end of the counter to your left and wait for another Cop to walk through the area.

Head south past the counters, around a bookcase, and through a door into the Compass Room.

Sneak from under the ramp and continue south until you find a hole in the wall. Climb through it.

Walk past the glass counter at an angle, through a gap between two bookcases, and find the stairs going up.

Sneak up the stairs and stop at the top.

Sneak through the door and climb up the stairs and ledge to the Exit Point to complete the section.

Hammer: On a counter at the east side of the Compass Room.
Hammer: On a counter on the east side of the Reading Area, north of the Lightrig Winch.
Hammer: On the ground by the door at the southwest side of the Reading Area.
Hammer: Leaning against a bookcase on the upper level at the west side of the Reading Area.
Radio: On a desk at the west side of the Reading Area.
Statue Bust: On a counter at the west side of the Reading Area, near the Lightrig Winch.
Power Cord: On a counter near the stairs at the beginning of the section.

Challenges:

Picking on the New Guy: Take the rookie Presano hostage while he is trying to turn on the lights.
Death from Above: Kill a Cop with a Chandelier. Near where you grab the Power Cord, throw a Folding Knife at the base of a hole in a bookcase to attract a Cop. Head east to the Lightrig Winch and activate it to drop the Chandelier.
Silence Please - Part 1: Subdue or kill a Cop and hide the body without being spotted. When one of the initial trio of Cops leans against a counter, sneak up, subdue him, and drag his body to the container behind you, under the stairs.
Silence Please - Part 2: Subdue or kill seven Cops and hide their bodies without being spotted. This challenge is cumulative; use Checkpoint Restart if needed.
