To craft the Dragon Scaled Armor set in God of War Ragnarök, you must first complete the story mission “Creatures of Prophecy.” This unlocks The Crater, an optional area containing sub-areas like The Jungle, The Plains, and The Sinkholes. After returning to Freyr’s camp, take the west exit and follow Helka, the hound. This initiates the “Scent of Survival” Favor, which must be completed to access The Crater and begin crafting.

Dragon Claws are primarily dropped by dragons, but can also be obtained from drakes and dreki. The most reliable way to acquire the 12 Dragon Claws needed for the set is by completing all seven Dragon Hunts in The Crater. These hunts are initiated by completing specific Favors:
- Trail of the Dead (The Jungle)
- What Lies Below (The Jungle)
- Path of Destruction (The Jungle)
- The Burning Skies (The Sinkholes)
- Quaking Hollow (The Sinkholes)

How to Get Divine Ashes
Divine Ashes are a currency exclusively obtained by participating in The Crucible Trials in Muspelheim. Complete the initial trials from each challenge sword to acquire them.

Purified Crystalline can be obtained by trading crystal fragments found throughout The Crater to the Wishing Well, accessible from The Jungle or The Sinkholes. Trading these fragments yields various rewards, including Purified Crystalline.
