God Of War Ragnarok: Mystical Heirloom & Troll Locations

Alright, so you're looking to track down the Mystical Heirloom and those grumpy Stone Trolls in God of War Ragnarök? It's a pretty cool setup because the Heirloom is actually what you need to wake up the trolls! But heads up, you can't even get the Heirloom until you've finished the 'Forging Destiny' main quest and gotten your hands on the Draupnir spear. Once you have that, a whole bunch of new areas open up.

Here's the rundown:

• Mystical Heirloom Location: Head back to Midgard. Look for a spot southwest of Tyr's Temple. You'll see a marking on an ice wall – just throw your Draupnir spear at it and detonate it. Boom! Ice wall breaks, revealing a corpse with the Mystical Heirloom right beside it.

All Stone Troll Locations in Midgard, Alfheim, and Vanaheim

Now that you've got the Mystical Heirloom equipped, you can use it like any other relic. Just stand near a Stone Troll and activate it. There are four in total:

• One in Midgard
• One in Alfheim
• Two in Vanaheim

Where to Find Blodugr Steinn Troll in Lake of Nine, Midgard

This is probably the first troll you'll run into since it's not too far from where you found the Mystical Heirloom. Just keep heading southwest from the Heirloom's spot until you reach The Derelict Outpost. You'll find Blodugr Steinn chilling near the entrance after you use the grapple hooks to swing in.

Where to Find Bjarg Stormr Troll in The Forbidden Sands of Alfheim

This guy is way out west in The Forbidden Sands. You'll need to grapple up to a raised platform. Pro-tip: it's way easier to find him if you've already done the 'Song of the Sands' favor, which clears up that annoying sandstorm.

Where to Find Golrab of the Ashes and Golrab of the Frost Trolls in Noatun’s Garden, Vanaheim

These two are buddies and hang out together in Noatun's Garden, smack dab in the middle of Vanaheim. You'll spot them on the eastern side of the area. Make sure you use your rowing boat to get there. It's a good idea to clear out any other enemies in the garden before you decide to wake up these two.

How to Craft the Steinborn Armor Set from the Stone Trolls

Once you've taken down all four Stone Trolls, you should have enough Slumber Stones and other goodies to craft the Steinborn Armor Set. It's a pretty sweet set, so definitely go for it!
