Guide to finding and viewing all 100% completion required CommSphere scenes in Final Fantasy X-2. Don't miss any crucial moments!
Alright, let's dive into the CommSphere scenes! Remember those little snippets you could catch earlier on the Celsius? Well, for that coveted 100% completion in Final Fantasy X-2, you'll need to track down and watch even more of these. Just a heads-up, though: this guide is only relevant if you've managed to place all 20 CommSpheres, given the Awesome Sphere to the Youth League, and are sitting pretty with at least 63.0% game completion. If not, you might want to hold off on this for now.
First things first, chat with Shinra to access the CommSphere Network. We're going to go through the scenes that are absolutely essential for 100% completion. There are other scenes out there, but these are the ones you can't afford to miss for the completion percentage.
Besaid
Head over to Wakka's house. Keep an eye on it until he pops out. He'll act a little strange, and there's another scene where Beclem and Wakka are talking smack about the Aurochs. Make sure you catch these!
Kilika
You've got two cameras here. Camera 1, located at the Port, doesn't have anything required for 100% completion. Camera 2, near the Temple, is where it's at. Focus on the temple entrance until Barthello shows up. Keep the camera on him, and you'll see him get so frustrated he actually breaks the CommSphere!
Luca
This one's a bit of a waiting game. Keep your eyes on Shelinda and her interviews. The Sphere will cut off after each one. After her third interview, you'll find that you can no longer view Luca through the CommSphere. That's your cue that you've met the 100% completion requirement here.
Mi'ihen Highroad
This is a multi-part scene! Start by focusing on the travel agency until Rin shows up. He needs your help solving a mystery, so you'll be shifting the camera around a lot. First, head to the Ruins and wait for a machina to appear. Press Circle to call Rin. Next, on the Mi'ihen Newroad, find the crowd of people and call Rin again. Then, go to the hovercraft's crash site and focus on the machina in the bottom-left corner. Call Rin after that. Finally, head to Shinra's CommSphere and call Rin. If he says everything looks normal, move on to the next step. If he sees something odd, you can skip the next bullet point.
If Rin didn't see anything unusual, look at the back of the travel agency – a woman will be messing with the station. Call Rin. Also, check out the front of the agency and watch the baby Chocobo chase a bird. Call Rin when the Chocobo Eater shows up. Then, head back to the Newroad and do something similar.
After all that, return to the front of the agency and call Rin over with Circle. Then, go to the back and look for the guy on the roof, calling Rin once more. Eventually, you'll pinpoint who's responsible for everything. Ideally, Rikku will be found guilty, which helps you snag the Ragnarok accessory later in Chapter 5. Just completing these steps should be enough, though.
Mushroom Rock
There's nothing required for 100% completion here. If you sided with New Yevon, you probably wouldn't be able to view this one anyway.
Djose
A man will approach the CommSphere and speak in Al Bhed for a bit. That's the main requirement here. Keep watching, though, because the Sphere will eventually get stolen for parts, and you can snag some Al Bhed Primers before that happens.
Moonflow
Nothing required for 100% completion on the Moonflow.
Guadosalam
You'll see Ormi talking about Leblanc here, but that's all you need for 100% completion.
Thunder Plains
This one's a bit tricky. Turn your camera way over to the right and zoom in on a Chocobo. Keep watching until Yuna and Shinra start talking about the Chocoporter – that's the conversation you need to hear.
Macalania Woods
You have two cameras here. Camera 1, at the Entrance, requires you to focus on three musicians who are talking about
