The Concert Rehearsal

Learn how to ace The Concert Rehearsal minigame in Final Fantasy X-2! Get the best rewards, including the Shmooth Shailing accessory, by mastering Rikku's dance.

Alright, after all that CommSphere business (or just the Moonflow, depending on how you went about it), it's time to head back to the Celsius and chill in the Cabin. You'll find Rikku there, practicing her dance moves. You're invited to join in, and honestly, you should! It's a minigame where you can snag some pretty sweet items based on how well you do. Basically, you just need to mash those buttons as fast as you can to rack up points.

The better you sync up with Rikku, the more points you'll get, so keep at it!

Here's what you can earn:

• 0-49 Points: Pearl Necklace
• 50-99 Points: Safety Bit
• 100-149 Points: Sublimator
• 150+ Points: Shmooth Shailing

Out of all these, the Shmooth Shailing accessory is the real prize. It's got the Super Ribbon ability, which makes you totally immune to almost everything in the game, even status effects that the regular Ribbon can't handle! The catch is that you'll always be in Slow status unless you equip something with Auto-Haste. Good news though: Auto-Haste actually overrides Auto-Slow, so you'll be fine.

Once you're done with this little dance-off, it looks like there's something else to take care of before the actual concert. Time to head over to the Thunder Plains!
