Bethesda Ruins - Bethesda Underworks: In a small maintenance room on a metal shelf, south of the Underworks entrance.

Canterbury Commons: Pick-pocketed from Derek Pacion.

Canterbury Commons Area - Radio Signal Yankee Bravo Drainage Chamber: West of the radio tower, in the room to the south of the Drainage Chamber.

Chaste Arces Diary Farm Area: Upstairs in the ruined barn, left of the bed with the mutilated body.

Cliffside Caverns - Raider Outpost: West across a wooden bridge from the Cliffside Caverns, on a platform behind a generator. Requires a [Hard] lockpick.

Clifftop Shacks - Northern Shack: On a metal shelf, on top of a Small Ruined Book.

Deathclaw Sanctuary Area: Inside a wooden crate under a table in the northernmost raider fort (the one with the super sledge).

Fort Constantine - Personnel Offices: On the first floor, in a locked storage room with a [Hard] lock near some stairs.

Georgetown West Area: In a crumbling building occupied by Super Mutants, on the second story, on a metal shelf. Reachable via the Tepid Sewers.

Hubris Comics Printing: In the room with Mad Johnny Wes, south of the door to Hubris Comics Publishing.

Megaton - Jericho’s House: On the floor between metal crates and shelves.

Metro Junction: Enter via Vernon Square North, go east over a wooden ramp, and look down to find a table with a lantern.

Minefield - Gillian House: Upstairs on a bed in the Gillian House, north-west of the Gibson House.

Museum Station: On a table in a room with beds and a pool table, which also contains the stairs to Metro Central.

Red Racer Factory Area: Inside a large metal box containing toxic waste barrels, to the left of the factory doors. Be prepared for radiation.

Red Racer Factory Area - Scavenger Shack: On a shelf in the Scavenger’s shack, located on an overpass west of Arlington along the road to Grayditch. Also found with a Chinese Army: Special Ops Training Manual and a Duck and Cover! book.

Scrapyard: In John’s Treasure Box, near the stairs of a destroyed bus next to a red boxcar.

Statesman Hotel Restaurant: Behind the central bar in the Alfresco Lounge, on one of the shelves.

Temple of the Union Area - Raider Bridge: After completing “Head of State”, head south-west from the Temple of the Union onto a highway, then into one of the raider shacks. Found on a table, near a Tales of a Junktown Jerky Vendor book.

Tenleytown/Friendship Station: Head south from the Friendship Station exit into an office building. In the south room, on the upper left shelf of the left locker.

The Silver Lining Drive-In Area: Inside a metal shack north-west of The Silver Lining Drive-In.

Vault 101: Given by Amata during your 10th birthday party. Can be picked up again from the dresser in your room at age 19.

Vault-Tec Headquarters - Vault-Tec Administration: In the left office on a desk, in the Administration area's top level.

Yao Guai Tunnels: Enter the Yao Guai Den via the east exit from the Tunnels. Past a fence opposite the Den's south exit, on a ledge near a Raider's body.
