    From the OTHER Flooded Metro, head south, looting and killing Ghouls until you reach a door leading to Arlington National Cemetery. Be aware of a bear trap by the door.

    South of Arlington National Cemetery North is the entrance to Arlington Utility, which will be explored later.

    Head west from Arlington National Cemetery, go up some stairs, and kill Raiders. Follow the road south past a fountain.

    When the road splits, head south-west to find the Arlington House.

    By the bathroom door is a locked cabinet [Very Easy].

    In the kitchen, find a Big Book of Science on a table in the corner.

    Head south-east to find Mama Dolce’s. North of Mama Dolce’s is a blue truck with food, and north of that is an overturned truck bed containing the body of a Wastelander. Near the Wastelander, find a copy of Tales of a Junktown Jerky Vendor.

    Enter Mama Dolce’s Food Distribution area. Loot the room, including the personal footlocker [Very Easy] and ammo boxes to the west.

    Find a Turret Control System terminal [Average] on a table, along with a Stealth Boy. Deal with the turret and head down the stairs into the larger room to the south.

    In the noodle-laden room, dispatch any Chinese Remnant Soldiers (well-armed Ghouls).

    Continue through a smaller room and into another large room. Go up the stairs in the southern end to reach the upper levels and find a Chinese Remnant Captain, who possesses the “Mama Dolce’s Encryption Key”.

    From the Captain's location, go east to find a room with two wall safes [Easy] and [Average], a Nuka-Cola Quantum, and a Pre-War Book on the desk. Continue through the door to the north along the ramparts to find another room with an exit to Mama Dolce’s Loading Yard. You'll also find a Rolling Pin on the table.

    Go west from the Captain's location to find a door leading to the Mama Dolce’s Loading Yard. Find stairs leading down.

    Explore the lower levels to find a room with a large hole in the floor leading into a cavern. Explore the tunnel to find two locked safes [Hard] and [Average], and a copy of Tumblers Today near a skeleton.

    In Mama Dolce’s Loading Yard, on the eastern balcony, find a Chinese Army: Spec. Ops. Training Manual on the ground near a stool.

    On the western balcony, find a copy of Guns and Bullets.

    To the north through double doors, find a room with loot, including a Stealth Boy near the doors, and the exit back to Arlington National Cemetery.

    In the south-east corner of Mama Dolce’s Processed Foods, go up some stairs to a four-way hallway beyond a door to the Loading Yard.

    To the west is the woman’s bathroom, where you can find a copy of Guns and Bullets on the floor near the toilet.

    To the south are stairs. On the first landing, find a metal shelf with a copy of Dean’s Electronics.

    Continue up the stairs to reach a door to the Loading Yard. Kill the sniper and use the captured Sniper Rifle to kill people on the ground. Loot the ground floor of the Loading Yard.

    Head back out into Arlington National Cemetery.

    From Mama Dolce’s, head west to find the Arlington/Falls Church Metro (marked on the map as “Arlington Cemetery South”).

    Once inside, head west, then south into the metro station. Find a copy of U.S. Army: 30 Handy Flamethrower Recipes on a chair in the bed of a truck to the south-west.

    Continue south to find the gate leading to the Falls Church area.

    Head up some stairs to discover Falls Church North, which is heavily occupied by Super Mutants.

    East of Falls Church North is Falls Church East, which marks the location of L.O.B. Enterprises.

    In the front office of L.O.B. Enterprises, find a L.O.B. Enterprises Front Desk Terminal.

    Head north, then east to a room full of metal shelves. On one shelf, find a copy of Pugilism Illustrated.

    Continue west to a room with more metal shelves. Go west again to find a Nuka-Cola Quantum on a table.

    Go down the stairs, then through a gas-filled room to find a door to the L.O.B. Enterprises Archives.

    In the Archives, head north into another gas-filled room, then down some stairs. Dispatch the leveled robots (Sentry Bots).

    Go east from the bottom of the stairs, then north, then west down a hallway. You'll find lootable filing cabinets, a grenade box, a mine box [Average], and a lootable cabinet [Very Easy].

    Turn south and go through doorways to a cafeteria with food items and a locked safe [Average].

    Continue east past two bathrooms to a maintenance room with components, a Stealth Boy, and two first aid boxes, one locked [Very Easy].

    Backtrack to the room with cabinets and boxes, and keep going east to an eastern room. In the north-western corner, find an office with a desk and computer. On the desk, find a Chinese Army: Spec. Ops. Training Manual.

    Head back up to L.O.B. Enterprises and upstairs to reach L.O.B. Enterprises East Wing via stairs in the south-western corner.

    In the East Wing, check the “Security Operations Terminal” to the right and grab a Stealth Boy from a desk.

    Continue north into a larger room with a collapsed ceiling for minor loot, and through another door to reach stairs leading to the upper level.

    Head around a corner and to the west. Explore rooms to the north and south to find a way past rubble-blocked hallway with some loot.
Tips
  • The Rolling Pin is a unique weapon; kill an enemy with it and laugh at it for sucking.
  • When encountering Sentry Bots in L.O.B. Enterprises Archives, get close to them to reduce their missile accuracy. Use the Robotics Expert perk to thin their numbers from a distance.
  • In Mama Dolce’s Loading Yard, stealth-kill the guards on the balconies first, then pick off those on the ground.
