    Jocko’s Pop & Gas Stop: East and slightly south of Girdershade. Find a Nuka-Cola Vending Machine, food items, Tin Cans, a Stimpak in a bucket, Nikola Tesla and You book on the counter, Schematic - Bottlecap Mine on the workbench, and a Nuka-Cola Quantum behind the counter.

    Radio Tower Sierra Victor Drainage Chamber: East-south-east of Jocko’s. Activate a switch at the radio towers to get Radio Signal Sierra Victor. Head south-east to the Drainage Chamber entrance. Deactivate two pressure plates, jump over cabinets, and be wary of a grenade bouquet behind a metal barrel. Proceed through a door to find a rigged computer, loot, and a copy of Duck and Cover!.

    VAPL-66 Power Station: West and slightly south of the Drainage Chamber. Enter the Power Substation for minor loot, drugs, a copy of Dean’s Electronics, Sugar Bombs, and a Mini Nuke. Raiders may attack upon leaving.

    F.Scott Key Trail & Campground: West-south-west. Beware of potential Deathclaws. Find Schematic - Deathclaw Gauntlet in a camper and Duck and Cover! on an outdoor picnic table.

    Dunwich Building Entrance: South-south-east, at the far south-western edge of the Capital Wasteland. Prepare for Glowing Ones and potentially Feral Ghoul Reavers.

    Into the Darkness of Dunwich: Enter the building. To the left, find Jaime’s Journal (five portions) and an Eat’o’Tronic with three Stimpaks. Ahead are ammo boxes with 5.56mm Rounds and five Frag Grenades.

    Hallway and Ghouls: Take the door to the left down the hallway. Deal with Ghouls and find Jaime’s Personal Journal Entry 06 on a desk in the south-west corner.

    Last Stand Loot: Go to the room across the hallway to the east. Take a left instead of going up the stairs. Find an Assault Rifle, ammo, Nuka-Cola Quantum, an Ammunition Box [Easy], and Frag Mines.

    Ascend and Descend: Backtrack to the skipped stairs and ascend. Upstairs, find Ghouls, two rigged computers, and spooky doors. Find stairs down in the north-eastern part of the level. Descend and find Jaime’s Personal Journal Entry 07 on a desk. Continue into the Forsaken Dunwich Ruins.

    Forsaken Dunwich Ruins: Climb stairs north, then go through a door left. You may trigger flashbacks and Ghouls. Collect Jaime’s Personal Journal Entry 08 next to a computer [Easy]. Read computer logs for unsettling text recordings. Head south up stairs to a door on the right. Loot inside, especially Dean’s Electronics on a metal shelf. On the top level, in the room with the broken floor, head to the north-east corner and pick the locked [Average] door. Find ammo boxes, a Chinese Assault Rifle, and a computer [Very Easy].

    Virulent Underchambers: Head to the north-western corner of the room to find your way to the next area. Follow hallways to another room with a damaged floor and many Ghouls. Jump into the bathroom.

  • Be prepared for numerous Ghouls, including tougher variants like Glowing Ones and Feral Ghoul Reavers.
  • Watch out for traps, including pressure plates rigged to shotguns and grenade bouquets.
