    From your starting location, head north to unlock the Driftwood - Dunes waypoint. Search bushes southeast of the waypoint to find a Stardust Herb.

    Head west and follow the coastal path southwest. You'll find a distressed shark on the beach. You can choose to drag it back to the water (it will refuse due to monsters) or put it out of its misery. If you kill it, you'll find a Bloodied Leg. An elven character can eat this to unlock the achievement Hide and Seek. Elven characters can also eat Void-Tainted fish for memories.

    Head north. Near a Dead Civilian, go up the low hillock to the west to prepare for an ambush. You will be attacked by two groups of two Viscous Voidlings and one Volatile Voidling. These enemies have no armor, and Volatile Voidlings explode on death and are vulnerable to fire. Be cautious of Necrofire created by exploding Voidlings.

    Continue north to find a wrecked Magister caravan with one survivor, a Dwarven Warmaiden. She claims Voidwoken attacked and the transported Sourcerers are gone. A Persuasion check might reveal she knows the monsters dragged the Sourcerers towards the wreckers' caves. If Beast is in your party, he will speak with her.

    Elven characters can eat body parts found near the caravan: a Bloodied Leg, a Disembodied Hand, and a Severed Head. Consuming these may award random skills (save beforehand) or nothing. There are also Void-Tainted body parts that only grant memories. Loot the four bodies; a key near a Dead Magister opens a chest containing the unique two-handed axe, Hanal Lechet.

    Do not continue north yet. Follow the path northeast to find a boy named Barin Pruiit near a raised drawbridge. He says his mother is trapped inside a house with Voidwoken outside. Reassure him you'll help. Use skills like Tactical Retreat to reach a boat across the river, then use Teleportation to bring your party over. Climb the ladder to the eastern side.

    Enter the bridgekeeper's cottage and proceed to Mari Pruitt's bedroom. You can steal her Mari's Hatch Key and loot a chest at the foot of her bed. Exit the bedroom to meet Bridgekeeper Mari Pruitt.

    Tell Mari you spoke to her son and agree to eliminate the Voidwoken outside. You can loot her room, including grenades and the _Grenadier's Journal_ recipe book. Ignore the Cellar Hatch for now.

    Head outside to fight two Noxious Voidwoken and a Voidwoken Venom Wing. Mari will assist with grenades. After defeating them, you'll unlock the Bridge Over Troubled Waters trophy.

    Speak to Mari again. She will ask you to lower the drawbridge to reunite her with Barin. After she thanks you and mentions her cousin Reimond, she and Barin will leave for the Magister's Barracks.

    Go to the well at the back of the house and climb down into the Bridge House Cellar. Use three pressure plates to open a gate to another part of the cellar.

    Have your Thievery specialist pick the lock on another gate to access a chest. Return to the water's edge and use Tactical Retreat or Cloak and Dagger to reach a ledge near a waterfall.

    From this ledge, you can teleport to the Ryker's Rest Cellar. Speak to Betty, a turtle who is in love with a rat named Rory. Offer to talk to Rory to start the quest Opposites Attract.

    Find Rory upstairs. Return to Betty and create a trail of food (cheese and fruit) leading upstairs. Rory will follow. When he is close to Betty, speak to her to complete the quest.

    Search one of the cages to find Dot's Collar, a quest item that appears as a level 10 belt.

    Do not go further into the house or east/north of the Bridge House, as these areas are high-level. Return to the wrecked caravan and continue north.

    If Ifan is in your party, a boy named Pidge will approach him, telling him to meet a contact named Baran Levere in the Black Bull tavern.
