Location: Go all the way up north on Route 115, and head up the staircase around that area. You'll find this TM.

TM02: Dragon Claw

Location: In Meteor Falls, it's located in a small room where you can find Bagon.

TM03: Water Pulse
Type: Water

Effect: Has a chance of confusing the target Pokémon.
Location: You get this as an award for defeating Juan at the Sootopolis Gym.

TM04: Calm Mind

Effect: Raises your Special Attack and Special Defense.
Location: You get this as an award for defeating Tate and Liza at the Mossdeep Gym.

Location: On Route 114, talk to the man near the Fallarbor Town entrance (who has a Poochyena next to him) and he'll give you this TM.

Location: Fiery Path, found on the west side when pushing the boulders around (Strength required).

Location: Buy at one of Slateport shops ($3000, needs TM43 to do so), or talk to the woman on the second house to the left at Fortree City to get this TM.

Effect: Powers up Fire moves, weakens Water moves for 5 turns, reduces Thunder's accuracy, and eliminates the need for Solarbeam to charge.
Location: Scorched Slab (outside of Route 120, requires Devon Scope and Surf).
