Feebas:

Feebas is a very rare Water-type Pokémon found by fishing. It has poor stats but evolves into the powerful Milotic. Feebas can only be found in 6 specific, randomly determined water tiles on the route. To find it, fish in a tile 2-5 times; if unsuccessful, move to a different tile. Surf is required to access all tiles. Once caught, Feebas can be bred. Its evolution requires a high Beauty Rating, achieved by feeding it Dry Pokeblocks. The specific tiles Feebas appears in can be changed by altering the Trendy Phrase in Dewford Town.

Walkthrough of Tall Grass Area:

1. Battle the trainer above the person on the bike.
2. Head left to a set of trees, then north to another trainer. Battle them.
3. Go north and east to find a Super Repel. Battle the trainer below the item's location.
4. Head east past the middle trees to find and battle two more trainers.
5. Proceed north out of the grassy area.

Walkthrough after Tall Grass:

1. Head north to a house. Surf west from the house to find a fisherman. Battle them.
2. Go up the steps next to the fisherman onto a small landmass.
3. Cross the grass in the northwest corner to find a Zinc.
4. Return to the fisherman's location and surf back across the water to the house.
5. Go up the three sets of steps near the house to reach a trainer. Battle the Pokemon Ranger.
6. Cross the long bridge. At the end, head north up the steps.
7. Battle the Ranger in front of the tall grass.
8. Cut through the grass to proceed.
