Step 1: Main Story First!

Seriously, your absolute first move should be to just play through the main story. Don't stress about missable trophies because, good news, there aren't any! While you're adventuring, it's a smart idea to jump into sidequests as they pop up. Not only do they help with specific trophies later, but they're crucial for building up your kingdom, Evermore. You'll actually hit a point where the story requires your kingdom to be level three, so you've got no choice but to work on it. Also, try to get as many skirmishes done as you can while you're progressing. Trust me, trying to find some of them to spawn later can be a real pain.

Step 2: Post-Game Power-Up

Once you've seen the credits roll on the main story, you'll enter the post-game. This is where you'll really focus on wrapping things up. Prioritize sidequests that give you new citizens for Evermore. You need to recruit them all to get your kingdom to level four, and if you managed to snag most of them before finishing the story, you'll only have a handful left to find. This is also the perfect time to go after that influence trophy and hunt down collectibles and Tainted Monsters. A pro-tip: go for the Higgledy Stones and Songbooks before you start tackling Tainted Monsters. Why? Because once you defeat the first 50 Tainted Monsters, more will start spawning, so it's best to clear out the other stuff first.

Step 3: Conquer the Dreamer's Mazes

By now, you should have already cleared out the first nine Dreamer's Mazes. One of the citizens you need for your kingdom is locked behind a sidequest that requires you to beat them. This paves the way for tackling the tenth and final maze, located on Faraway Isle. Now, this one is a beast – 30 floors long, and the final boss is a level 95 monster. You'll probably want to do some grinding before you attempt it. Your best bet for leveling up quickly? Forget the final boss of the main story or the Kingmakers refights. Instead, focus on Horraura, Tainted Monster #57. It's the quickest and most efficient way to gain XP. Once you feel sufficiently leveled, head to the Faraway Forest Maze and take down that boss to complete it.

Step 4: The Final Polish

This last step is all about tidying up any remaining odds and ends. This could include anything you still need to do, like gathering enough Guilders, cooking all the necessary dishes, crafting specific weapons or armor, finishing up any lingering skirmishes, and so on. Knock all of that out, and congratulations – you'll have yourself another shiny platinum trophy!
