Beyond the Great Divide: Chapter

Return to Capstan-upon-Hull to finish Sidequest 037 Tiller, Long-Distance Rower if you have a Four-Leafed Soreaway. This will unlock two new sidequests. Note: Sidequest 042 Daddy Come Home is inaccessible by boat and must wait until Chapter 7.

In Goldpaw, near Fortune Square, a sidequest is available but currently inaccessible. To start it, you need the Nature's Tongue spell.

Teleport to the world map near the Forest of Niall. Travel west to find mushrooms. Use a spell (like Quicken Growth) to grow them and reach a new area.

Journey to the end of this new area to find a chest containing a Hearty Pendant.

Locate the cave named Greenglade Cave. Enter it with Nature's Tongue learned to trigger a cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) and begin a new sidequest.

Inside Greenglade Cave, proceed west at the four-way split to find the Porc and its hedgehounds. Defeat them in combat.

Open the chest in the area after the fight to receive 3 Gloaming Cottons.

Report back to the grimchilla elder to complete the quest. The reward is 3650 Exp, 1020G, and Songbook No. 27.

Travel to Hydropolis. Seven sidequests are available: five in the city and two in the throne room.

Swift Solutions will offer seven new citizen “quests” and items. You need 173 Tokens of Gratitude to recruit all but one of these citizens.

One citizen is in the Forest of Niall; the rest are in Hydropolis.

Completing Sidequest 057 The Way to a Man’s Heart… will unlock Sidequest 045 Glaucus, the Ambitious Angler.

Several other sidequests are available in Hydropolis, including 043 Filippos, the Novice Hunter, 044 Pontus’s Ocean of Knowledge, 046 Thaumus, the Suave Sorcerer, 047 Peleus, the Amiable Armorer, 048 A Career Cut Short, 049 Proteus, the Gloomy Jeweler, 050 Triton the Honest Scholar, 051 Speio, Priestess in Training, 052 Helena, the Hearty Hunter, 053 Lycorias, the Doubtful Guard, 054 Hansel, the Fanciful Gardener, 058 The Best Seafood in Seatown, and 059 By Hook or By Crook.

Finishing some quests will unlock more in Evermore.

Set sail for Broadleaf. Approach an oceanic rift, typically found southeast between Leucippes’ Labyrinth and the Drylands, where an updraft is visible. Sail into it to automatically jump the rift.

After the first jump, follow the coast of the Drylands north to find another rift to cross.

The landing zone for Broadleaf is northwest. You will find a Trip Door named Junkyard Mire.

Head north then northwest to find a slope to climb onto land.

Continue north, following the eastern edge of Junkyard Mire, to find a chest containing 1900 guilders.

Follow the mountains north and then east to find an isolated section. A chest to the south contains a Strong Sixth Censer.

Enter East Wood to the north. Follow the path to a split and find a chest at the dead end containing a Shiny Magic Muffler.

Return to the main area. Locate a Tainted Monster on an elevated area and a blue chest below it.

Follow the cliffside north, then west. You will find mushrooms. Use Quicken Growth on them and climb to the elevated area.

A blue chest northwest of the mushrooms contains Gotta-Fly Flakes.
