Some bandits are causing trouble near the borders of Ding Dong Dell, and Ya Pi wants to put a stop to it. Luckily, Evan's lending him some troops for the job! You'll need to head to the entrance of Cloudcoil Canyon on the Rolling Hills side to meet up with Ya Pi and start this skirmish.
Walkthrough
- 1When you arrive, you'll find Ya Pi at the entrance to Cloudcoil Canyon. Speak with him to spawn a skirmish flag. The initial enemies on the field are mostly sword units, with a single spear and archer unit mixed in. Don't worry about the sword unit right next to you; that's Ya Pi's!
- 2Move towards the first group of enemies and defeat them. After that, you'll need to bring down their camp and then rebuild it. This will help boost your Military Might during the skirmish.
- 3Next, you'll face some more sword units and a siege tower just before the first gate. Push through the gate once it opens and continue following the path.
- 4You'll reach a second gate where enemies will ambush and surround you. This group includes sword units, a hammer unit, an archer, and a sorceress. Ya Pi's unit is pretty strong and can handle a few of them, so focus on the enemies directly in front of you first, then mop up the rest.
- 5After dealing with the ambush, you'll see a few remaining units to the north, including Bonkers. There will also be siege towers and cannons further back. The remaining enemies will likely charge at you, so your main concern will be dodging the cannon fire.
- 6Prioritize taking out the spear and ranged units first. Then, you can focus your attention on Bonkers and his sword units.
- 7Once all enemies are defeated, return to Ya Pi in Goldpaw to complete the quest.
