Walkthrough

    Head south through the Foyer and Corridor to the Palace Courtyard. Collect chests containing a [HI-POTION], [SLOW], and a [POTION]. Grab the [BUBBLE STICKER] by jumping and swinging your Keyblade at the peak of your jump (or return later with High Jump).

    Proceed south to the Forest, then further to The Chateau. Run around the side to find a chest with a [MAGIC RECIPE]. Approach the front door and speak with the Fairy Godmother to help Jaq.

    Your objective is to escort Jaq to his hole. Use the Square button to help him if he's in danger. Defeat the Unversed quickly and keep them away from Jaq. Use Slow and Barrier Surge to protect him.

    After the scenes, you'll return outside. Use the save point and shop as needed, then head to the Forest for a boss fight.

    After the boss fight and scenes, return to the Land of Departure. Check the Summit for a chest containing a [FLEETING CRYSTAL].

    Move to the Mountain Path and find three more chests with a [HI-POTION], [SHIMMERING CRYSTAL], and a [BIND].

    Head to the Dwarf Woodlands. In the Ballroom, you'll find the Unversed Mission - Lost Runner.

Boss Fight: Cursed Coach

  • Stats / Weaknesses: Health Points: 250, Strength: 7, Defense: 3. Immune to all status effects except Stun. No elemental weaknesses.
  • Strategy: Equip Magic Commands like Fire and Blizzard. Reflect Blitz is effective at the start. Use a hit-and-elude tactic, focusing on Magic Commands rather than close-range Keyblade attacks. Utilize your Shotlock when the Cursed Coach is idle.
  • Attacks to Watch For:
    • Vine Whip/Vine Spin: Use Barrier and counter with Reflect Blitz.
    • Bounce: Dodge this attack as the shockwaves cause damage.
    • Thornbites: Defeat them quickly or leave them if you need health. Consider using D-Link for healing.
    • Pumpkin Bombs: Use Cartwheel to avoid these bombs dropped from overhead.
    • Swallow: Cartwheel away to avoid being consumed. If consumed, mash the attack button to break free.
  • During the fight: As the Cursed Coach's HP lowers, it will be stunned, allowing for the "Turnover" command to activate, dropping HP balls. After this, it will move erratically around the battlefield; dodge to avoid damage.
