Follow this Kingdom Come: Deliverance guide to find all the fragments of the Queen of Sheba's Sword. Learn where to get each piece from blacksmiths and other NPCs.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
Sasau - Blacksmith Zach: Speak to Zach at his forge south of the monastery. He won't sell his piece, so you must pickpocket him. It's best to do this at night at his house when he is sleeping.
  2. 2
Ledetchko - Blacksmith: Visit the blacksmith in Ledetchko and purchase his fragment for 200 Groschen.
  3. 3
Rattay - Pickman: If you completed the 'Aquarius' quest and assigned Pickman as the water carrier, find him walking near the southwest entrance of Rattay and ask about his promised reward.
  4. 4
Rattay - Blacksmith: If you cannot get the fragment from Pickman, it is held by the Rattay blacksmith. It is located on a shelf in the back room of his house.
  5. 5
Rattay - Weaponsmith: Infiltrate the weaponsmith's house at night. Pick the lock on the door to the right of the forge, go upstairs, and the chest with the fragment is to your left.
  6. 6
Talmberg - Blacksmith: Locate the blacksmith's house in Talmberg (off the map, but shown in screenshots). Enter through the front door, and the fragment is in the room through the second door on your left, on top of a barrel.
  7. 7
Return to Fink: Once all fragments are collected, take them to Swordsmith Fink in Sasau.
  8. 8
Wait and Purchase: Wait 24 hours for Fink to reforge the sword. Speak to him again to complete the quest and have the option to purchase the Queen of Sheba's Sword.
Tips
  • Pickpocketing Zach is easier at night when he is asleep in his house.
  • For the Rattay Weaponsmith, remove noisy items, avoid guard patrols, and stay crouched to remain undetected.
  • The Talmberg blacksmith's house is not marked on the map; refer to the provided screenshots for its location.
