Alright, so you've stumbled upon the 'Masquerade' quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance. It kicks off at the Inn in the Glade, but only after Matthew and Fritz have set up shop there. They've cooked up a plan to get some coin and maybe settle a score with someone named Andrew. Your first step is to chat with Fritz to get the lowdown, then find Andrew and convince him this whole scheme is worth his time. Just keep talking to him, exhaust all the dialogue options, and you'll figure out what needs doing next.

Andrew's big idea? You need to snag three sets of Cuman armor. He'll mark three Cuman camps on your map. Head over there, take down some Cumans, and loot their armor. Once you've got all three sets, head back to Andrew. He'll have you try them on, but… well, let's just say they're not exactly convinced it's a convincing disguise.

Turns out, they need more 'authenticity.' Andrew wants you to talk to a guy named Milomir, who supposedly knows a thing or two about Cumans. Surprise, surprise, Milomir's story is full of it. So, you'll need to seek out Bran, Olena, and Vashek instead. They'll give you the real intel on how to *really* look the part.

Vashek will suggest the ultimate Cuman accessory: a dog's hide. If you're not keen on hunting down a dog yourself, you can always buy a skin from a tanner. Olena's contribution? Wolf fangs. You can usually snag these from a Huntsman. Lastly, Bran will tell you that real Cumans love to deck themselves out with raven feathers. You can pick these up from pretty much any herbalist in the land.

Once you've gathered the dog skin, wolf fangs, and raven feathers, make your way back to Andrew at the Inn in the Glade. Hand over your hard-earned supplies, and you'll wrap up the 'Masquerade' quest. Nice work!
