Thick as Thieves: As Woyzeck

Alright, so you've picked up the 'Thick as Thieves' quest from Miller Woyzeck, who's chilling at his mill northeast of Rattay. This one's a bit of a multi-parter, involving some sneaky business in Talmberg.

Step 1: The Waffenrocks

First off, you need to head to Talmberg. Before you go sneaking around, make sure you ditch any armor that makes a lot of noise or is super visible. The guards are way more active during the day and in the evening, so your best bet is to wait until after 11 PM. Once it's good and dark, make your way to the guardhouse. Keep an eye on the patrol routes – you don't want to get caught red-handed. When the coast is clear, slip into the guardhouse and head down the ladder.

You'll find a chest to the right of some grain sacks. This is where the waffenrocks are. Now, here's the catch: it's a 'hard' lock, so you'll need to have a decent lockpicking skill to get it open. Once you've snagged the goods, get out of Talmberg as quickly as possible. Try to avoid fast traveling directly from there, as guards might want to search you, which could cause problems. Once you're clear, take the waffenrocks back to Miller Woyzeck.

Step 2: The Horse Theft

After you've handed over the waffenrocks, chat with Miller Woyzeck again. He'll give you your next task: stealing a horse from the Merhojed stables. Head over to the stables and start scouting the northern fields. You're looking for horses that are a bit further away from any watchful eyes.

When you find a suitable horse, you'll need to inspect it to make sure its stats are good enough for Woyzeck. Just pick one that seems decent, but whatever you do, don't steal any of the named horses. You might want to buy one of those later on for yourself.

With no one around, hop on the horse and make your getaway. Ride it back to Miller Woyzeck, sticking to the roads as much as possible to avoid getting dismounted. Once you arrive at the mill, dismount and hand over the horse to Woyzeck to get your reward.

Step 3: Lady Stephanie's Jewels

One last job from Miller Woyzeck! This time, he wants you to steal some jewelry from Lady Stephanie's bedroom in Talmberg. Head back to Talmberg and wait for daylight – specifically, after 9 AM is a good time to try and get into the bedroom without drawing too much attention.

Inside the bedroom, you're looking for a chest located between the fireplace and the bed. Be warned, this one's a 'very hard' lock, so you'll need a pretty high lockpicking skill to crack it open. Once you've got the jewelry, deliver it to Miller Woyzeck to wrap up this quest and get paid.
