Alright, so you're looking to get yourself a horse in Kingdom Come: Deliverance? Smart move. Horses are super useful for getting around the massive world, carrying more loot, and even in combat. You can't just buy any old nag, though; different horses have different stats like Stamina, Capacity (how much you can carry), Speed, and Courage. Plus, they all have a different price tag, usually in Groschen.

You'll find horses available for purchase at a few different stables around the map. The main places to check out are Neuhof, Merhojed, and Uzhitz. Each location has a selection of horses with varying tiers, and the higher the tier, generally the better the horse, but also the more expensive.

Horse Armour

Now, finding horse armour is a bit trickier. You can't just buy it from any vendor. However, there's a special piece of horse head armour you can find. It's located on the corpse of a horse that's fallen off a cliff edge east of Ledetchko.

Getting to it is an adventure in itself. You'll need to reach the top of the cliffs and then carefully make your way down using the outcrops to break your fall. It's a risky descent, so I highly recommend saving your game before you try it. Definitely bring some bandages and health potions, because you're almost guaranteed to take some damage. Try to aim for the right side of the nest below the corpse for the safest landing. It might take a few tries, but once you're down there, you can loot the horse corpse for the head armour.
