Follow our guide to complete the Saintly Remains side quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance. Get the relic for Urban and learn how to find the best item.

Hey there! So, you're looking to help out Urban with the 'Saintly Remains' quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance? He's the guard chilling outside the Custodian's house, just north of the monastery. He's pretty bummed he can't see Saint Procopius's remains and wants you to snag a relic for him to touch. Let's get this done!

First things first, you'll want to head to the cave located beneath the monastery on its west side. Now, this cave has a guard, so you've got a few options. You could wait until it's nighttime, which usually makes things easier. Or, if you're feeling bold, you can try to knock out the guard before heading down. Another sneaky route is to go around the outside walls and pick the lock on the cave door. Whichever way you choose, remember to ditch any gear that makes a lot of noise and crouch your way in to avoid alerting the guard.

Once you're inside the cave, look for a small bowl sitting under a cross. Grab that bowl, and that'll kick off the next part of the quest.

Now, while the bowl is a valid item, there's an optional objective to find something even better. To do this, you'll need to visit the charlatan over in Sasau. He claims to have a bone that actually belonged to Saint Procopius, and it's convincing enough for Urban. Heads up: If you've already done the quest the charlatan gave you, he won't be around anymore, so you'll have to make do with the bowl.

Once you've got your relic – either the bowl or the charlatan's bone – head back to Urban. He'll ask if you're really sure it's from the saint. You can go with the 'Of course' persuasion option. After that, you can either accept his thanks or politely decline, and the quest will wrap up. If you want, you can even take the bowl back to the cave.
