This guide is intended to help players overcome the challenges of Humankind's highest difficulty settings, particularly concerning AI bonuses to FIMS (Food, Industry, Money, Science) and Combat Strength. The core strategy involves avoiding early-game warfare, prioritizing trade for luxury resources, and focusing on expansion and fame generation to secure victory.

AI Bonuses on Humankind Difficulty:

• +3 Food per Farmer
• +3 Industry per Worker
• +3 Money per Trader
• +3 Science per Researcher
• +60 Stability
• +2 Combat Strength on all Units

These bonuses are flat and scale with workers, making them less impactful in the late game. The combat bonus is significant early on, necessitating a defensive posture until the Classical or Medieval eras.

General Strategy:

1. Avoid early-game war (until Classical era at the earliest).
2. Establish trade for luxury resources to manage stability.
3. Choose Agrarian and Builder cultures early, and expand widely to scale into the late game.
4. Focus on accumulating Fame by completing objectives and avoiding premature culture transcendence.
5. Trigger the end-game condition, with the science ending being the most consistent. Alternatively, eliminate or vassalize all other cultures if mid-game conquest is successful.

Optimal Map Settings:

• World Size: Huge (allows for more expansion and diverse interactions).
• World Shape: Large Pangea (facilitates scouting and trade).
