General Strategy for Movement & Exploration:

1. Avoid early game warfare; focus on expansion and exploration until the Classical or Medieval era.
2. Prioritize establishing trade routes, especially for luxury resources, to offset AI bonuses.
3. Choose Agrarian and Builder cultures early to facilitate expansion and resource gathering. Building wide is generally more effective than building tall.
4. Focus on accumulating Stars/Fame, as victory is determined by Fame, not just territorial control or technological advancement. Avoid transcending cultures too early if it means missing out on era stars.
5. Aim to trigger the end-game condition, with the science ending being a consistent choice. Alternatively, eliminating or vassalizing other cultures can be faster if conquest has progressed well.

Optimal Map Settings for Exploration:

• World Size: Huge - Provides more space for expansion and allows for more minor cultures to spawn, offering diverse assimilation opportunities.
