Get into the garage, hop into the SUV, and drive it out. As you're heading to the dealership, Michael will ambush you from the back seat! Follow the blip near Simeon's place. You'll be instructed to ram the SUV through a window. After you smash through, Michael pays Franklin, who bails, and then Michael starts a fight with Simeon. You'll automatically switch to Michael to take on Simeon.
