The Merryweather Heist (The Freighter Approach)

Weapons: Sniper Rifle (silenced).

The Plan: Drive Franklin to the Miriam Turner Overpass. Switch to Franklin and head to your Vantage Point. Talk to Michael, then snipe the two guards. After Michael climbs aboard, switch to Michael. Plant the bomb on the pillar, then switch back to Franklin. Snipe three guards on the ship as Michael moves to the next bomb point. Continue left along the ship, sniping all visible guards to clear a path for Michael. Once Michael enters the ship, the alarm will sound. Snipe the two guards near the entrance, then snipe guards from two appearing vehicles. A Buzzard will appear; snipe the pilot to bring it down. Michael will leave the ship, but guards will chase him. Snipe these guards before they damage Michael. After all guards are sniped, Michael will jump off the ship. Switch to Michael, who will dive underwater. Use sonar pings to locate the Package. Once found, switch to Trevor in the Sub. Drive to the Package, lower yourself onto it to grab it, and drive it to Pier 400 where Floyd is waiting. Lester appears in a cutscene, revealing the Package is an experimental weapon. You must return it, making the heist pointless.

100% Score Requirements:

• Mission Time: 5:30
• Headshots: 12
• Accuracy: 80%
• Ninja: Kill at least twelve enemies using stealth attacks.
• Container Hunter: Find the Package within sixty seconds.
• No Alarms: Reach the ship interior without being detected.

The Merryweather Heist (The Off-Shore Approach)

Weapons: MG (provided).

Notes: If not already done, raise Michael's Flying Skill at Flight School.

The Plan: As Michael, drive to Sandy Shores Airfield and get into the Cargobob. Use the Grappling Hook to grab the sub and fly to the assigned point near Paleto Cove. Release the sub close to the water. As you dive, switch to Trevor. Use the Trackify app on your phone to find the Package. Dive deep to get it, then ascend. Switch to Michael, lower the chopper, pick up the Sub, and fly back to the Airfield. Merryweather guards will attack. Switch to Franklin and use the Machine Guns to shoot down approaching choppers, aiming for the pilot. After all choppers are gone, continue to the Airfield. Lower the chopper and drop the Sub. Lester appears in a cutscene, revealing the Package is an experimental weapon. You must return it, making the heist pointless.
