Walkthrough

    After the previous mission, you will need to hack a system. Look for a number that is easy to spot among shifting numbers on your screen.

    Activate the BruteForce program. In columns of letters, press your button when the red letter is in the highlighted row in the center of your screen. You must hack the system within forty five seconds.

    Once the password is gained, use the Down&Out program to download files. This will take two minutes.

    Warning: The F.I.B. will attack during the download. You must hold them off.

    You can switch to Franklin if needed. Stay as Michael and use the wall as cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects) (a defensive position) to pick off attackers with the Assault Shotgun.

Following the mission:

Michael will contact Dave, informing him the job is done. Dave will explain that Trevor's repeated attacks on Merryweather have led them to snoop around his office, setting up a meeting at the Kortz Center.

At the Kortz Center:

  1. Go to Dave on the upper level at the southeast corner. Run along the east side of the building and through the center to reach the stairs west of Dave. The northern stairs are blocked.
  2. A lengthy cutscene will play where Michael wants to be cut loose, but Dave refuses. Steve arrives, angry about his ruined career, and demands Dave and Michael's arrest.
  3. Guns are drawn by Dave and Michael on Steve and Agent Sanchez. The I.A.A., F.I.B., and Merryweather arrive, escalating the situation.
  4. A major shootout begins. Stay behind cover and use the Assault Shotgun to quickly eliminate nearby enemies.
  5. The stairway you used will be destroyed by a helicopter, cutting off your escape. You must find another way down to meet Dave.
  6. You will be ambushed by a Merryweather chopper at your destination.
