Make your way into the cave on your right and light the Bonfire inside. Be careful of the toxic pool near the cave's entrance.

Talk to Chloanne up ahead and exhaust her dialogue to make her move to Majula. She sells Bonfire Ascetic, Titanite Shards, Soul Appease, and Dead Again.

Follow the path until you reach an area polluted with poison mist. Many items are present but difficult to reach due to the poison. Mounds of dirt can elevate you out of the mist. A large enemy in the middle of the mist throws slow-moving dark orbs.

Take a left as you enter the poisonous mist, kill the skeleton, and take the Lifegem.

Jump down onto the mound of soil to your right, run quickly through the poisonous mist, and grab the Titanite Shard and the Fading Soul from the other side.

Make your way up the rocky ramp quickly. Kill any pursuing enemies after moving out of the poisonous muck.

Grab the Torch at the top and continue down the path.

Go up the ramp, then climb the ladder to obtain 10 Hexing Urns.

Return to the bottom, then kill the enemies at the end of the path. Strafe around larger enemies to avoid their dark projectile attacks.

Go back up the ramp in the central section and climb the ladder.

Kill the two enemies ahead and activate the lever at the end of the path to raise a gate below.

Go through the raised gate and take the tunnel on your right until you reach a new Bonfire. Light it.

Continue down the main tunnel until you reach a new area.

Clear the poisonous mist in this section to loot the chest at the end of the path on your left.

Take the right-hand path, go over the bridge, or head along the right-hand side to avoid enemies. Kill the smaller enemy encountered, then go up the wooden path towards the windmill.
