Alright, so you've stumbled upon Part 69, and it looks like we've got a few Wanted Monsters to track down. Don't worry, I've got your back on this. We'll go through each one, figure out what makes them tick, and snag all the best loot.

First up, there's a mention of Shu needing to steal an 'incredible Meow Sword' during a battle. While the source doesn't detail *which* battle this is, it does say the sword has an ingrained ability to Increase Defense and has stats of [1/10, 4/8]. It's wind-elemental, too. This defense-raising ability is apparently super useful, especially for monsters that can't equip armor. Definitely try to snag it if you can!

Now, let's get to the Wanted Monsters:

Locate: Yagos Isle - Sealed Ruins
Available: Anytime Yagos Isle is accessible
Appears With: Lv. 11 Vampire Bat (x2), Lv. 12 Mummy (x2)

You'll likely find Menan on the second floor down in the Sealed Ruins, but it might pop up randomly. If it's not there, just keep re-entering the second floor until it shows up. Here's what you're up against:

Menan's physical attacks can hit you with Darkness, which messes with your accuracy. To make things easier, try hitting it with Silence and Power Loss before you go all out. It's a pretty standard enemy, but its drop, the Scale Legs, is awesome! They can inflict Darkness themselves and are used to craft the Dagger Boots and Salamander whip. Scale Legs have a Max LV and ATK of 14 & 13, respectively.

WANTED MONSTER: HOYSLER

Listed: Indigos
Locate: Salba Desert
Available: After making it to Lost Forest, re-enter the Salba Desert. The monster can be found in the last (3rd) screen.
Appears With: Lv. 23 Maneater (x2), Lv. 22 Roc (x2), Lv24 Robber

By the time you reach this part of the Salba Desert, your party should be pretty strong, so Hoysler shouldn't be too much trouble. It's found in the third screen of the desert. Keep an eye out for these stats:

Hoysler likes to use its Lv2 Earthquake spell, so try to spread your characters out to avoid taking too much damage (it hits for about 20 HP). If you're aiming to steal, Shante's Silent spell works wonders. The Nuru-nuru you can steal is used in crafting a Fibre Stick, but it's not a rare item to find.

WANTED MONSTER: BALZACK

Listed: Prodias
Locate: Lost Forest
Available: After getting to White House. It's possible to go and get him right _after_ arriving, actually. Find him again in the maze, ask "Who are you?" and he will be available for battle.
Appears With: None

Balzack is likely a bit tougher than your average party level when you first reach the White House, but you should still be able to handle it. You'll find it in the Lost Forest maze. Here's the rundown:

To make this fight easier, use Shante's 'Silent' spell to shut down Balzack's magic. The Spirit Seed you can steal is a key component for making the Magic Nail weapon. The dropped Claymore is pretty basic, with stats [LVL 1/8, ATK 8/15], and isn't used in any special crafting.
