Part 49

Detailed walkthrough for Ark 2's Romalia Sky Castle. Includes enemy stats, item locations, map layout, and boss strategies for Part 49.

Walkthrough:

The Silver Noah's new exit leads into the flying castle. Upon entering, you will face battle #1. After this, the airship will be more hospitable, offering a healing bed and savebook downstairs. Upstairs, you'll find a smith with combine shop abilities and Mother Claire (if you visited her previously). The savebook will warn you that saving means you cannot leave the castle. Proceed north from the initial battle room. Two screens later, you'll find a hallway with three exits. Take the nearest north exit for battle #2. Collect the [Rune Guard] (LV 6/15, DEF 16/27), the [Death Illusion] card (Lv 10/14, ATK 34/42) in a nearby dead-end room, and a [Magic Apple]. In the SW room, take the lift to a dead-end on the 2F for battle #7 and the [Death Needle]. Backtrack to the F1 hallway and take the NW corridor exit. After a brief battle #3 on a northbound catwalk, it leads to the orange warp (marked B on map) to the next floor.

On Floor 2, you'll face an annoying battle #4 in the room south of the "B" teleport. The first two rooms to the east contain a [Death Eraser] club and a [Dark Aura] pad to steal, with no enemies present. All the way in the south...
