Walkthrough
- 1In the initial elevator room, unlock the nearest door for monster skirmish #5, featuring Voodoo Men and Rabid Dogs. A Studded Club can be found here.
- 2The middle chamber requires a switch in the rightmost room and leads to battle #6 with Voodoo Men, Rabid Dogs, and Poison Clouds. Prioritize defeating Poison Clouds to avoid party-wide poisoning.
- 3Past this, the rightmost door of the next trio contains a Full Power Fruit, unlocked by a switch in the lower-left hallway's dead end.
- 4Enter the leftmost door, accessible only through the middle's monster-ridden battlezone (#7), which includes Voodoo Men, Rabid Dogs, and Poison Clouds.
- 5On the upstairs level, ignore the first two doors. Enter the westernmost room; the floor will cave in, dropping allies into a monster battle (#8) where they enter the White House. Rigged tiles are rust-colored and smooth, while safe tiles have 6 rivets.
- 6In the north corridor, a long path slopes west, leading back to the sewer infiltration point and a free healing area.
- 7Return to the White House corridor and enter the only available door for the final battle (#4). This battle is large, but the sewer walkways can help slow down distant enemies. Try to Silence the Wizard if possible. The battle concludes by heading north.
- 8After the battle, two red doors appear. The open one is a save/heal room. The locked one, with a nearby switch, leads into the White House's lower sanctum.
