Tips
- Avoid using Electric or Water-type moves against Lanturn and Quagsire, as their abilities (Volt Absorb and Water Absorb) will heal them.
- Grass-type Pokémon are effective against Lanturn and Quagsire, as they are dual Water-types.
- Snattle uses Quagsire's Rock Tomb and Castform's Icy Wind to boost his Speed.
- Metang is weak to Fire and Ground-type moves, despite having Thunderpunch, Metal Claw, and Confusion.
- Lunatone's Shadow Sky ability damages all non-Shadow Pokémon over 5 turns.
- The EXP Share item grants the holder half of the experience points (EXP) earned in battle, even if they don't participate. This is particularly useful for training weaker Pokémon like Larvitar and Elekid, or for boosting the EXP of traded Pokémon which already receive 1.5 times the normal EXP.
