Miror B.'s team is significantly tougher than in previous encounters. Ensure your Pokémon are Level 60 or higher.

Miror B.'s Ludicolos utilize Fake Out to immobilize your Pokémon and a Rain Dance/Hydro Pump combo, boosted by Swift Swim and Rain Dish abilities.

The Ludicolos have a diverse movepool including Hydro Pump, Giga Drain, Waterfall, Seismic Toss, and elemental punches (Ice Punch, Thunderpunch). One Ludicolo knows Counter.

Ludicolos are weak to Bug, Poison, and Flying-type moves. However, be cautious as Ice Punch and Thunderpunch can defeat Flying-types, and a Rain Dance-boosted Hydro Pump can quickly KO Bug and Poison types. Even neutral types like Normal and Psychic Pokémon are vulnerable.

The best strategy is to defeat Miror B.'s team before he can launch a full assault. Fast Flying-type Pokémon using moves like Drill Peck or Aerial Ace are effective.

Lugia can serve as a defensive wall with Recover and TM16 (Light Screen). It can also deal damage with Gust or Aeroblast (though Aeroblast is learned at Level 77).

After defeating Miror B. and Snagging his Shadow Dragonite, he will mention you've obtained Cipher's last Shadow Pokémon.

Miror B. leaves via elevator, revealing a device in his hair which he destroys. This breaks the Miror Radar, but it's not needed to find him as he will permanently be found dancing in Gateon Port's Krabby Club, though he will no longer battle you.
